BECOMING A DIGITAL LEADER - December 2nd

How to inspire staff productivity and growth

As leaders, we must ensure that employees are motivated and perform well at work. As future digital leaders, this becomes a unique challenge.

While working digitally and technologically, we will face in our professional future several obstacles. For instance, without face-to-face interaction, it becomes more difficult to build trust with our team.  In this sense, it is more difficult to give our employees feedback and ensure that they are learning and performing.

For instance, how can we certify that employees are properly working using technology?  How can we help employees to grow and develop?

In this session we will review the unique roadblocks that we face while leading others digitally with an emphasis on improving employee productivity and development.

During this webinar, we will:

⭕️Learn how to use goal setting practices to manage employee performance using technology

⭕️Learn how to improve employee’s confidence and aid in employee´s growth in a digital world

From this webinar, you will get:

⭕️A framework to refer when managing employee performance digitally

⭕️Role play: an opportunity to practice how to use goal setting to motivate employees

⭕️A model to refer to help others and yourself to improve confidence and grow while working in a digital environment

DESIGN THINKING - December 3rd

Who doesn't spend hours scrolling on Instagram or watching videos on Tiktok? How do digital pure players create such addictive apps?

They have developped innovation methodologies which are designed to understand our real needs, question the status quo and redefine problems. One the most relevant of these methodologies is Design Thinking.

In this session, we'll go through the different Design Thinking innovation phases. An innovation methodology focused on the user. Digital companies use it to design human-centricsolutions and products.
